how to get a 3D spectrogram plot? in terms of time, frequency,intensity for a audio signal, please someone help me,,, thanks,,,,,,,

Just use surf() with your time, frequency, and intensity variables.
t=0:0.001:2;
x=chirp(t,0,1,150);
F = 0:.1:100;
[y,f,t,p] = spectrogram(x,256,250,F,1E3,'yaxis');
surf(t,f,10*log10(abs(p)),'EdgeColor','none');
axis xy; axis tight; colormap(jet);
xlabel('Time');
ylabel('Frequency (Hz)');
view(-21,38);
