Memory Tweaking
Show older comments
I am trying to run a script that is using up all the memory and giving me this error:
Drive Strength: D1 = 1, D2 = 1, D3 = 1, D4 = 1
??? Out of memory. Type HELP MEMORY for your options.

s1_total= zeros(chlen,(EndIndex-StartIndex+1)*numRun,length(IcalPulse));
I cleared out the RAM, rebooted it and still no dice. Is there a way to manually tweak them memory to allocate more to matlab? I am going to try running it on one of the larger computers but it is very impractical.
Thank you as always
Thank you

In general you cannot tweak the memory allocated to MATLAB. Do you need all of s1_total in memory? Can you only work on a single ch, Run or IcalPulse at a time?
