Because i and j are both names of the inbuilt imaginary unit. Don't use these names and you wont get the warning.
You can check if name are already defined by using which. Note that shadowing inbuilt functions is generally a bad idea, unless you really know what you are doing, and is best avoided.

that warning appears as soon as I open Matlab. i mean without doing anything. I do not know yet what the impacts of it could be , however i remove it each time with two clc
Is this a new MATLAB installation? Do you have a startup function? Have you ever changed the MATLAB search path? Do you use i or j as variable names? Have you installed any third-party functions of toolboxes?
