Comparison of hough transform

How can i compare hough transforms (Image Processing Toolbox > Image Analysis > Object Analysis > hough transform ) or find out the percentage of similarity between them?

What do you mean by comparing Hough transform? Do you want to compare the Hough Transform matrices of multiple images?
