how can i model reaction diffusion equation in simulink?

hello for everyone

the problem is the derivation partial differential equation of two variables t and x in the same equation. All examples were solved in all sources for one variable. So, i hope get help for this equation solving in Simulink or matlab

∂C/∂t= ∂/∂x (D ∂C/∂x)-(∂C_d)/∂t

(∂C_d)/∂t=k .C_(C_3 A)^0 .f(c,t) .C .e^(-1/3 kct)

f(c,t)=1-h_α+1/2 βh_α+βh_α .e^(-1/6 kct)
