Enable I2C2 on Beagleboard xM

Hi there,

I would like to use the I2C2 interace of the Beagleboards xM Expansion Header. I had to realize that this interface is disabled by default since there are no pull up resistors connected to the board. I am able to do that but I can't figure out how to enable the i2c2 interface.

Do I have to patch the kernel? If so, where can I get the appropriate file to patch? Any infos on how to patch it also would be very appreciated.
