How can I know what is the status of a purchase?

Hello everybody,

I want to know the status of a pruchase. Since the last Saturday I paid $89 for a license of Matlab. The number of this pruchase is 10147886. When I check in my account it says: "Your order is still being processed". However, I need the license inmediately. Who could help me? They already disccount the money of my credit card. Please, I need someone helps me.

Hello Alejandro, I see you already contacted Customer Service at MathWorks in the US. I am sure everything will be processed quickly. Please remember that you submitted something on a Saturday, which is not a work day. Also Monday was a local holiday in the US.
