plz tell me the procedure to generate a executable file in matlab whether we need any MAC installer for generating an executable file in matlab

What is a MAC installer? You need the "MATLAB Compiler" product. This comes with the MCRInstaller which you need to distribute to your target computer along with your compiled application.
