About ideal channel estimation in Simulink?

Hello All,

I am running some simulations in Simulink and i need a bit of hint about ideal channel estimation in simulink. Right now what i am doing is, extracting pilots before AWGN noise and estimating channel. However, i think it is not the right to obtain ideal CSI. Could anyone suggest if this is the right way of doing it or there is someother way to do?

I am using MIMO channel because its MIMO simulation.
