Integrating Matlab 2014a with CCS for Windows 8.1

I have tried installing (Code Composer Studio) CCS 5.4 and CCS 5.1. DSP/BIOS for CCS 5.4 is out of range. CCS 5.1 is not compatible with Windows 8.1. Is there any version of CCS which is compatible with Matlab 2014a on Windows 8.1. Please provide links for any install guides, if any.
