Install Matlab R2012b on Mac OS X Yosemite

Hi!
Can someone help me?
I am trying to install R2012b on Yosemite but the InstallForMacOSX launch and then exit.
I am able to install R2014a and b. Because of some changes in the versions, my .m file converges only on the 2012 and earlie versions, I think because of eigs function.
Please help.
