How to get smooth straight line in binary(im2bw)?

How to get smooth straight line in the middle of this picture in binary(bw). I try using c=im2bw(b,graythresh(b)); but it become rough line. Need straight line as actual image in binary(bw). Thank you.

How about using imline()? Or houghlines() or hough()?
