Is it possible to buy a toolbox with discounted price after purchase of matlab student version?

Hello. I am new beginner of matlab.

I bought matlab to use neural network.

But today I found out that if i want to use neural network, I have to buy neural network toolbox additionally.

The toolbox is provided with 9$(original 26$) if I buy with matlab student version but at the time I bought it, i did not know about this before.

Is there any way I can get discount on the neural network toolbox?

Hey did you manage to purchase the toolbox at the discounted price? If so, what was the procedure as I'm in a similar situation.
