Detection of eyes and lips edges

I am working on face recognition and i need help to detect the edges of eyes and lips can anyone help me to to do it ? I want to calculate the distance between both eyes and lips.

You can use vision.CascadeObjectDetector in the Computer Vision System Toolbox to detect eyes and mouth.
