displaing img in axes gui

the problem is in that red rectangle , in that axes it shoud display that thing from firure 2 , but it dont work right, second rectangle are leftovers from previous plate. i dont have idea what is wrong. Same method display work on extracted plate but it show problem here. i clear all variables so why there is something from previous plate any idea??
