how to collect and plot all the point of a trajectory published on a ros topic?

Hi, I am new on matlab, for my code I would collect in a matrix all the points of a trajectory performed by a rigid body and publisced in real time on a ros topic as a float64multi array. is it possible ? if yes can give me an example. Thanks
