What simulink block do I use to encode a quantized signal to a binary sequence?

I want to create an end-to-end simulation of a PCM system as shown in the diagram below. The output of the encoder should be a binary sequence. What Simulink blocks do I use to create the simulation, especially the quantizer and encoder?
