Matlab home installation error

I can't install matlab home. middle of install, when install "toolstrip_common" error message is "invalid distance too far back"
I checked Q&A below. http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/159151-why-do-i-receive-an-error-that-states-invalid-distance-too-far-back-when-installing-matlab
try windows safe mode aleady. I tried security soft off already. My 2-PC both can't be installed.
what should I do?

Why ask here? Ask a Mathworks rep directly, that is what they do. They supply the software, so they will help you get it installed. Contact customer support at mathworks.com.
