How to plot absolute spectral power values for individual segments of EEG spectrum (delta, theta, alpha, beta and gamma) ?

I need plot absolute spectral power values for individual segments of EEG spectrum (delta, theta, alpha, beta and gamma) from the raw data values. I just need to select the artifact-free 100 seconds period (five 20 second epochs) from the recorded raw data. Can anyone help me with the matlab code to complete this task?
