how to find the dft for inrush current in transformer ?

i am try to use dft or fft to find the frequency of inrush current of transformer that i measured from an experiment, i used fftgui but it showed me an error that fftgui is not defined for double function. i attached the inrush current data. how can i used dft or fft? are dft and fft is same?
