How to change the owner of licence number xxxxxx

We have a licence number xxxxxx linked I think to user xxxxxxxxxxxx . This user left xxxxxxxxxxxxx so we want to change the responsible for this licence. What is the process please

You should call them, as with all licensing questions. We don't answer those here (well some people do, if they're Mathworks employees.
