how to use .cvs file extension dataset to yolov3 object detection ?

i am trying to use kaggle datasets for vechile recogntion and has extension of .cvs file that consist of five coulmns , first coulmn is image while the remnaing 4 column contains xmin,ymin,xmax,ymax. how can i use this file insated the dataset file in Object Detection Using YOLO v3 Deep Learning - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com).I am a beginner in matlab help ....?
