For the discretised dynamic equation below, how can I build a Simulink model?

I extracted this dynamic model from a DC brush motor used for LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Devise).

My Constansts are:

alpha= 8.56e-5 ± 0.35e-5

a=0.203 ± 0.035

b=9.17e-4 ± 2.22e-4

L=0.020 ± 0.001

I don't know how to implement Tsample and discretize the model.
