how can i find dense regions in an image

hi i have a question about sparse and dense region in image. i want to find regions in image which have texture and are dense because i want to hide information in these parts.for example in lena image some regions such as her hairs are dense and suitable for hiding how can i find these regions? do you have any suggestion?

You can use stdfilt() or entropyfilt() to find regions with high texture.
