how to read scorecard

I am reading a scorecard using OCR,wen i do it some other extra values are also added,trying to read 1ND 77-0,IT is not displayed as it is some other values are also added,can anyone tell how to process

@Pat: Please respond to my question in your former thread http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/16126-how-to-read-numbers-using-ocr about the same topic. Asking the question again with the same missing details wastes your time and the time of the readers, who want to assist. Please stop this.
