I want to read two text files and plot the grap between two varibles

I want to read the attached two text files, and plot the the of (close values). Want to Item, Open, &Close columns in matrix form one is as such, and secondly only numeric values of the Open and close data. Finally plot graph between different variables.
Can any please help me this.
