how can i get impedance of circuit?

When I measure impedance by powergui, Matlab gives: Matrix is close to singular or badly scaled. Results may be inaccurate. RCOND = 1.445133e-19.
And i get wrong impedance and phase characteristic.
So, what could be the problem?
