how to calculate cross validation

I have training and testing data testing data (1.2) 2,3 3,4 1,2 3,6 . . . . (20,40) training data consists of same combination of 4 column (1column for testing and other 4 for training) and I have to pass these data to FNN OR SVM TO FIND 5 FOLD CV ACCURACY ,CAN ANY ONE TELL HOW TO PROCESS,AND GIVE CODES
