大きなデータを用いたgctest

それぞれのデータが8000の変数になる32通りのデータをまとめてgctestによる解析を

に従って解析しますとメモリーが足りないと出てきてしまいます。
データを平均化して、各々を1000にしても未だメモリーが足りないと出てきてしまうのですが、どうしたら良いでしょうか？
