How to create an Adjacencymatrix from arrays.

Hi Guys,

I have to create an Adjacencymatrix. My Input Data is one array with about 25000 nodes (which is important for the format, you will see later). And one 2x35000 element string which shows that the element in column one shares a connection with the element in arrow 2. My problem is that i have to create an Adjacencymatrix with 25000x25000 elements and in the format of the first array. So the order of the different rows has to be the same order as it is in array one. How can i make it possible to create the adjacencymatrix from the 2x35000 string into the 25000x25000 matrix. i really don´t know what to do.

i would appreciate if someone could help me.

I'm not quite understanding what is stored in your two input arrays. Can you please attach data files, or at least a screenshot showing the contents of the upper left corner of each array from the workspace tab
