How to open a gui fig file from another gui?

I used the following code for openning the fig file from another fig file.

fig = openfig(filename,'reuse');

But it gives error message. What should I do?

If what you want to do is open another GUI, call its associated *.m, not the *.fig.

Hi,

I use GUI1 to call GUI2 like this:

In GUI1:

run GUI2;

To close it again from GUI1:

close GUI2;
