how to choose visible colour for a shape

Dear all,

I need to choose an colour that can be visible(transparent shape) so I can see any shape inside it, my option is as follow

options = {'FaceColor','interp','linestyle', 'none'};
colormap('summer');

can anybody help me to change it.
