how hide text into video file (.wav) using LSB method

MATLAB provides you with bit manipulation functions to work on the bit vectors that represent MATLAB's numeric types.
Is there a particular published technique you are interested in implementing? Also did you mean .wmv files? If you have the computer vision toolbox, the vision.VideoFileReader and vision.VideoFilePlayer classes should come in handy.
