How to activate my MATLAB 2014a Student Virsion?

I bought new MATLAB 2014a Student Virsion from Amazon four months ago, and I'm trying to activate this license just now. I had have my MATLAB account already, so I entered the activation key to activate this product; however, MATLAB website told me this activation key was invalid. I'm sure this product is new one (I unsealed this with my hands) and the key has never activated before. How can I solve this issue?

Call them on Monday if you don't get it working. They offer free installation help even for student editions. http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#During_installation.2C_the_installer_crashes.2C_hangs.2C_gives_an_error_message.2C_does_not_authenticate_your_license.2C_or_otherwise_does_finish_installing_correctly.
