Can any please tell me about the tool Lasso.how to use it ?LASSO,,I am new to matlab ..can any help me please ..

Do you have the Statistics Toolbox? If so, the lasso() function is there for you.
I recommend looking at the documentation page for lasso, and trying the examples.
