Need an java code for my matlab function

I have attached my function that i have written in matlab , i want to use it in my android application can anyone please convert it to java code so i can use it in my android app.

Ali - that's a huge request, asking if someone could convert the attached to Java...especially given the two Computer Vision System Toolbox functions that would have to be converted!

Someone probably could, . . . but you'd have to pay them. MATLAB consultants are pretty expensive - I know because one time I seriously looked into hiring one.
