how can i solve heat equation whit variable function ?

hi
how can i do this :
dT/dx = c/U(y) * d^2T/dy^2
my full problem is :
sol1 := [diff(T(x, y), x)-1.775*10^(-5)*(diff(T(x, y), y, y))/(-1.218493440*10^11*y^2+4.244913600*10^6*y+0.33e-1) = 0, T(x, 0) = 0, (D[1](T))(0, y) = 1000, (D[1](T))(x, 0) = 2000]
thanks

Have you already googled and used the Matlab help? The heat equation is such a popular problem you'll most likely find a lot of examples.
It might help if you included a better formed problem statement. What are you trying to solve using the heat equation? Steady state heat profile of an object? Or are you trying to solve a symbolic equation and trying to get an explicit solution?
i trying to solve temperature distribution between the tow parallel plate which is in different flux , u(y) is axial speed that just vary with y and i have this conditions :
BC1 = diff(T(x, 0), y)=1000
BC2 = diff(T(x, 0.000025), y)=2000
IC = T(0,y)=0
where :
u(y)=-1.218493440*10^11*y^2+4.244913600*10^6*y+0.033
