tunnig fuzzy rules with anfis

Hello I am student at Control Engineering at M.Sc level. I want to design a fuzzy controller at simulik for my plant. my teacher force me to tune the fuzzy rules of controller with Anfis and I do not know about that which input and output of the control loop at simulink I should define for Anfis editor. I demand that if any body knows, please help me or is there any PDF learning about that? thanks a lot.
