how to save several plot matlab figure as a video

Hi all, I've got a matlab script that generates a plot at every step of a cycle for, I would save every plot on a video in order to see the time-evolution of all the plot. Thank you for your answer.

I am using the "GetFrame" function, so each figure is stored in F, how would I save that?
