Do anyone knows how to make an audio amplifier using MATLAB?

So, yeah, I was wondering if anyone know if I can make an audio amplifier in MATLAB, like using the data acquisition toolbox to catch the audio signal in real time and do all the process that the conventional amplifiers do. If you know, could you please tell me?
