Devendra--Be more clear about what data you have and what your goal is. It never hurts to give us some example data so we know what data you're working with. It also helps to post the code you've written so far. You could even use MS Paint to draw a picture of the final result you want. The folks on this forum want to help, but not it's hard to help when we don't know what kind of data you have, what you are trying to do, or if you have attempted to solve the problem on your own.
i have atteched my data.sen slope for this data is 0.4706.i want to fit this slope on my data like attched figure.
What is a "mann-kendal slope" and how does it differ from the traditional slope like you'd get from polyfit()? My solution below fits the data. Why was my solution no good?
sir i have already sen's slope(0.4706) i want to fit this slope on my data.i am not saying your solution is wrong but not appropriate for my question.thank you

Just plot your raw, noisy data. Then create a series of data using the formula for a line and use plot() to display it. Be sure to use hold on in between the calls to plot().
By the way, I've attached a demo for polyfit where I do the same thing. I just get the slope from polyfit instead of whatever gave you the "mann-kendal" slope.
