How can I repair Icon titles of matlab R2014a?

I'm sure that the software (matlab) is OK and I think that this problem refer to my computer and my 64x windows 7. How can I fixed it(below image---see toolbar titles)? please help me. thank you all

You'll note that even the month name in your History windows is corrupted, so it is not just the toolbar titles. Check the locale setting of your computer and MATLAB and look for any surprises:

I would try regenerating the preferences. Attached is a function that will do this for you.
