I am practicing in Matlab and Simulink. I want to deploy my codes (either Matlab or Simulink) into an hardware. May I know which microcontroller should i use and the procedure to do it. Thanks in advance.

There is a wealth of hardware platforms that is supported by MATLAB and/or Simulink. Depending on your specific application area you might want to consider one of the platforms particular suitable for academia and students. Most of these platforms only require the specific (and free of charge) target support package but no other additional toolboxes.
