How to save figures in .eps format with larger font sizes on title and x and y label ?

One of several possible ways to do this:
figure
plot(rand(3),rand(3))
title('Title','FontSize',14)
xlabel('X label','FontSize',16)
ylabel('Y label','FontSize',18)
print('-deps','filename.eps')
