Converting pixel co-ordinates into real=world co-ordinates

Hi all! I have to track Red,Green and Blue colors from my two web cameras. I am able to track them using these two cameras but the co-ordinates are in pixels. How can I convert them into real-world co-ordinates?

See my spatial calibration demo, attached. But it only works in 2D. It doesn't know if one point is "into" or "out of" the image plane in 3D with respect to the other point.
