Why is the piston moving in the wrong direction?

I've just started to work in simulink and this might be very easy to answer for someone with a little more experience than me. I've tried to make a hydraulic scheme using simhydarulic to see how things work but the system do not behave as expected. I will attach a figure here so you could see how the scheme looks like. An external force is applied on the rod of the hydraulic cylinder so I would expect the piston to move in the negative direction. However that is not the result I obtain on the scope which shows an increasing rod extension. Maybe there is something wrong in the way I connect the components to each other?
