How to display numbers in the vector in the title for MATLAB?

my vector looks like this :

 swtCI = [.99 .95 .50 ]'

this will be in the loop (shown below):

instead of the titles saying swtCI(i,1), how can i get them to display the numbers associated with their positions in the vector above? as a percentage.

i.e i want it to say upper 99% and lower 99% in the upper and lower bound, respectively.

Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
