how do i want link radio button with pop-up menu?

if i choose low, the pop-up menu i choose constant, the answer should show open large

if i choose medium, and constant, the answer should show no change

how could i link this??

my condition is:

if low , constant, the answer should open large if medium, constant, my answer should no change if high, constant my answer should open slow and good, constant, my answer should closed
