How to find neighboring circles in a given network

i have a network configuration where i have a number of base stations which i khow its cordinates. Each station has a covregae area (i have the radii and the distance between stations). I need to khow how can i identify the neighbors of each station so that i can test if there is a gap or not
If some one has an idea please help me Thanks
