I must change something in the model to select the variables in Response Optimization?

I am use the Response Optimization tool in Simulink, when I click in Design Variables Set the variables of my model are not displayed. I must change something in the model to select it?

The tool should display all the variables that are used by the blocks of your model. The variables can be defined in base workspace or model workspace.
